At OPPO, we strive to be a sustainable company that contributes to a better world, with the safety of our users and employees being the absolute priority. During these tough times, OPPO has been practicing the necessary steps to fight against this pandemic.

We have donated to the relevant institutions to help them purchase medical supplies. During the early days of the outbreak in China, we dispatched our workers to help aid in the production of facemasks in other factories. On our social media channel, we had a special campaign, appealing to the community to Stay Home and cherish the moments spent with your loved ones at home.

The spread of Covid-19 has disrupted the global economy and challenged the resilience of business in various ways. Nevertheless, we believe the best way to prevail against this outbreak is to remain united, while working from home.

Our global suppliers have been closely coordinating to ensure a balanced production capacity to meet the demands in different markets, even in these challenging times. Besides, the readiness of the UAE market with advanced e-commerce infrastructure and payment gateways are great facilitators of the ‘stay-home’ policy and enable consumers to continue with their daily lives with fewer disruptions.

Hence our team, together with our partners, is working actively in adopting agile methods to better support our customers’ demands. To maintain our service quality and provide efficient services to customers, the OPPO online service team is currently working around the clock to ensure all user inquiries are being attended.

We have also launched a special warranty extension free of charge for customers whose device warranty expires during the period from March 23 to May 23 up until May 31.

Moving forward, we will continue our efforts to help the community overcome the disruption caused by this global pandemic.

We are confident about the regional market with its remarkable possibilities, and believe that with the joint efforts of the government and the community, the pandemic will be controlled soon.
