Home GCC Saudi Arabia UAE-based SellAnyCar.com expands into Saudi Arabia Used cars online platform launches Kayishha in KSA following $35m cash infusion by David Ndichu September 2, 2020 SellAnyCar.com, a UAE-based online marketplace for used cars, is expanding into the Saudi used car market with the launch of Kayishha. Kayishha will integrate the SellAnyCar.com technology engine with a dealer buying network and auto inspection locations in Saudi Arabia. SellAnyCar.com’s entry into the Saudi market comes in the wake of the recent $35m investment from Sanabil Investments, a unit of the Saudi Arabia Public Investment Fund. The Kayishha platform will put used cars before an online audience of buyers through its network of automotive dealer partners across the country and the region. Sellers can book an appointment at any of its locations, or at home, to get a free inspection. After the sale of any used car, Kayishha takes care of all necessary paperwork, title transfer and purchase agreements, delivering proceeds from the sale direct to customer accounts via online wire transfer within 24 hours. Dealers can get a daily list of available cars to keep their lots well stocked. At the same time, the sellers get a simple, stress-free and transparent way to immediately get fair market value for their cars. Everybody wins,” he added, At launch, the company will have locations in high-traffic areas such as shopping malls and retail centres in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam with an expansion plan intended to open more than 100 locations within one year. Also, the company is building its headquarters and customer service centre in Riyadh. While Kayishha will employ both Saudi nationals and expatriates, the company says it will emphasise the hiring of local citizens, particularly in the customer service centre which will be staffed entirely by Saudi nationals.
