The upgrade will see Arabian Centres Company implement Oracle Cloud Applications in a bid to drive business resilience and agility. Employees will benefit from seamless access to all key functions of human resource process from hire to retire – including global HR, talent management, workforce management, and payroll using the latest digital devices. The applications will also enable management to see the complete picture of the company’s finances and operations in real-time.
