Zain and Ericsson are launching a virtual ‘intrapreneurship’ programme across Zain’s network to develop ICT talent from the latter’s employee base.
Ericsson will support Zain in identifying technology trends and industry insights as well as provide technical guidance to the selected 32 candidates in developing commercially viable use cases.
The 12-month programme, commencing in January 2021, will provide a creative environment and a secure platform for candidates to access tools and professional experience, sourced from Ericsson’s global resources.
