Home Lifestyle Art & Culture The Arabian Gallery launches its e-commerce platform in Dubai The portal includes photography, paintings and sculptures by local and international artists by Varun Godinho June 7, 2021 Originally established in 1986 as a physical entity, The Arabian Gallery – part of Dubai-headquartered Motivate Media Group – has now introduced its e-commerce platform called thearabiangallery.com. There are already over 1,000 pieces by local and international artists available to purchase on the portal. TheArabianGallery.com can frame and ship the purchases to a customer’s doorstep within 10 working days. Ian Fairservice, managing partner of Motivate Media Group, said: “We are very excited to be launching the digital version of The Arabian Gallery. TheArabianGallery.com will further diversify Motivate Media Group’s offering and create new opportunities in the e-commerce space.” The digital platform features leading photographers, painters and sculptors. Under the photography section, there are prints produced by Lord Patrick Lichfield, Baber Afzal, Greg Newington and Jassim Al-Awadhi, among others. The painters’ section on the website includes artwork from the likes of Andrew Vicari, Faisal Abdulqadar, Najat Makki, Almudena Angoso, Khulood Al-Jabri, and several others. The sculptures section meanwhile features a diverse selection ranging from mosaic to 3D animal sculptures, from artists such as Abdul Rahim Salem and Lau Siu Hong Freeman. TheArabianGallery.com is also inviting submissions from artists who would like to host their work on the portal.
