Deliveroo launches in UAE’s fifth city

Food delivery service Deliveroo has launched in Ajman.

As part of its launch, Deliveroo is offering free delivery from over 30 restaurants across the city. Ajman marks Deliveroo’s fifth launch in the UAE and sixth in the MENA region overall after the launch of the platform in Al-Ain in mid 2020. It is now available in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al-Ain and Ajman.

Restaurants launching on Deliveroo in Ajman include but are not limited to: Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Barista Vibes, Bu Deech, Subway, Calicut Notebook, Papa Johns, VOX, Nutella, Paul Bakery, Pizzaro, Chin Chin, Chowking, Tim Hortons, Caffe Nero, NYC Pizza, Panda, Cinnabon, Baskin Robbins, Coldstone Creamery, Broccoli Pizza, Cupagahwa, Shakespeare, Bloom Vegan Kitchen, Manoushe Street, Furn el Balad, Al Rifai, Ocean Basket, Top Bun, Pizza al Taglio, Donuts Time and Mister Baker.

Customers can expect Deliveroo riders to deliver goods daily between 8am and midnight. Areas for delivery include Ajman City Centre, Ajman Industrial Area, Jerf, Jerf 3, Mushairif, Raqaib, Raqaib 2, Rashidiya, Rawada, and Ajman University.

Deliveroo works with over 140,000 restaurants and takeaways, as well as 110,000 riders to provide food delivery services. It is headquartered in London, with around 2,000 employees in offices around the globe.

Deliveroo operates in nearly 800 towns and cities across 12 markets, including Australia, Belgium, France, Hong Kong, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Singapore, Spain, UAE, Kuwait and the United Kingdom.
