The total number of recorded cases in the UAE stands at 753,065. The latest infections were detected following 325,097 Covid-19 tests conducted to screen for the virus. MoHAP also announced one death due to Covid-19 complications, bringing the total number of deaths in the country to 2,159. The ministry also noted that an additional 608 individuals had fully recovered from Covid-19, bringing the total number of recoveries to 741,933. On Sunday, MoHAP said that it had administered 12,997 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine over the previous 24 hours. The total number of doses provided until then stands at 22,486,204, with a vaccine distribution rate of 227.35 doses per 100 people. The ministry called on all members of the society to cooperate with health authorities, adhere to the instructions and physical distance to ensure the health and safety of all.
