The Beach at Navitas Hotel & Residences forms part of a wider project launched by Damac earlier this year consisting of five 14-storey towers.

The first sales phase will see three-bed units with prices starting at Dhs 1.25m made available to the public.

“The serenity of the community and the green, open spaces are best-suited to residents and tourists who treasure the tranquility of a beach-front setting while still being in close proximity to the city,” said Damac managing director Ziad El Chaar.

“The hotel units will also provide investors with the opportunity to be part of the emirate’s flourishing hospitality industry, with lucrative returns and hassle-free management through a rental agreement with the operator, where the administration, management, bookings and maintenance are taken care of.”

The developer said the resort would offer residents and visitors views over the development’s golf course, with ‘expansive’ pools surrounded by artificial sandy beaches.

Facilities will include restaurants, cafes, entertainment areas, gyms, spas and children’s play areas. Residents will also be able to use the hospitality services of the nearby Damac Maison de Ville Navitas.

The wider Akoya Oxygen project is spread across 55-million-square-feet of land. It will feature an 19-hole golf course by Tigers Woods design and what is claimec to be the emirate’s first tropical rainforest, as well as healthy dining options, a fresh market, schools and nurseries.

Damac announced last month it had awarded projects worth Dhs 3bn in the first half of the year.
