The fourth phase of Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Al Naseem, is gearing up for launch with bookings now available from December 3 on jumeirah.com.

The Burj Al Arab-facing resort contains 387 rooms and 43 suites along with 10 restaurants and bars.

F&B highlights include Il Borro Tuscan Bistro Dubai, marking the Tuscan estate owned by the Ferregamo family’s first venture outside Italy. The restaurant and bar aims to open in December. On the menu will be popular Burrata and ‘signature Tartares’ along with fresh fish, aged meat and a selection of fine cheeses.

Rates are priced from Dhs1,700 for a resort deluxe, rising to Dhs2,000 for an ocean deluxe, Dhs2,300 for a resort club superior and Dhs4,500/5,000 for a family/ocean suite.

Speaking to Gulf Business earlier this year, general manager Richard Alexander said: “It’s not going to be your traditional Dubai luxury resort with a date palm every 10 paces.

“The gardens will be jungle-like and spontaneous and the beach area will have a sand dune effect, with mounds of landscaping and hammocks.”

He added: “It naturally takes time to ramp up but we will run good occupancies within the first 30-45 days. Our rate will be appropriately pitched to other properties in the resort.”
