Prices started at Dhs1.5m, with payment plans offered. Cordoba is scheduled for completion by the fourth quarter of 2024. The first phase, named after the Andalusian city, includes units ranging from two-and three-bedroom townhouses to three- to six- bedroom detached villas. Located in Zayed City and close to Abu Dhabi International Airport, the community’s architecture features a blend of Spanish design with contemporary finishings. The centre will include a healthcare clinic and several other amenities. The community will have two international schools to meet the needs of families with children.
