Abu Dhabi Chamber announces digital services on TAMM

The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI) recently launched its services on the Abu Dhabi government services platform, TAMM, granting citizens, residents and visitors easy access to government services through secure and integrated online platforms.

Managed by the Abu Dhabi Digital Authority, TAMM’s  ‘One Government, A unified Ecosystem’ will help customers access a curated package of smart services through four main channels: customer service centres, contact centres, the TAMM website and smart app.

Customers can get the required information on all government services, including general information for a specific service, eligibility of obtaining the service, list of supporting documents required for the service and completing their registration request, through TAMM.

Mohammed Helal Al Mheiri, director general of Abu Dhabi Chamber said: “We are pleased to announce that our services are now available on TAMM, which harnesses the latest technologies and digital solutions to provide seamless service experiences for customers. Digital transformation has become a reality in this day and age. The digital ecosystem has proven its ability and resilience to adapt to emerging crises, especially COVID-19 pandemic.

“Providing the chamber’s services digitally will contribute to the efforts of the government in realising the sustainable economic development and enhancing the quality of electronic services of the government in Abu Dhabi.”

Through TAMM, ADCCI hopes to achieve a significant change in the way that government services are rendered to customers in the Emirate, enabling them to complete their transactions through a single platform.

According to the Abu Dhabi Media Office, the move complements the Abu Dhabi government’s efforts to advance digital transformation in the emirate, as well as the UAE government’s strategy to be the best in smart government services and smart applications on a global scale.

Earlier in  June, the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) and its affiliated entities announced the complete migration of all its digital services to TAMM.
