The city is expected to witness over 23,000 runners at the event, including some of the world’s elite athletes, according to a statement released earlier this year. Abu Dhabi road closures The ITC, in its notification, said that certain sections of the King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street will be closed from midnight until 7:30 am on Saturday. Additionally, Corniche Street will also be off limits from 2 am until 2 pm on December 16. Partial closure Al Saada Bridge Abu Dhabi’s Al Saada Bridge will have partial closures on four consecutive weekends, throughout December. The closures will last until the end of the month.
