Edging out world famous cities such as New York, London, Beijing and Moscow, the UAE capital recorded the highest number of sales across the maker’s markets in the first half of 2013. Abu Dhabi Motors, the sole dealer of Rolls-Royce cars in the emirate, reported the good news off the back of a record 2012 when it was named the luxury manufacturer’s global dealer of the year. Abu Dhabi was also announced as the world’s biggest market for bespoke Rolls-Royce vehicles. “Our investments in customer services, facilities and people have long been paying off,” said Arno Husselmann, general manager of Abu Dhabi Motors. “We are continuously evaluating all our processes and systems towards delivering a Rolls-Royce standard of service and ensuring the exclusivity of the product is being maintained with unique and bespoke vehicles. “Most importantly, we listen to customer requests and have developed our understanding of their preferences to a fine standard.” The manufacturer’s success in the region is expected to continue this year with the launch of its latest model, the Rolls-Royce Wraith: its most powerful car to date. Speaking exclusively to Gulf Business earlier this year, Torsten Müller-Ötvös, CEO of Roll-Royce Motor Cars, said he was exceptionally pleased with the company’s growth in the Middle East, and is looking to expand across the Gulf. 0 Comments
