This will facilitate direct distribution by eliminating intermediaries and assuring corporate client retention. Etihad’s partners will benefit from the solution that integrates with the airline’s Passenger Service Systems and the end-HR user’s systems to enable a seamless booking experience across various platforms. A configurable business rules engine will help corporates to manage user profiles and travel agreements, while ensuring compliance with employee travel policies.
