Home UAE Abu Dhabi Abu Dhabi’s Etihad to resume flights to Phuket and Rabat Services to Rabat will resume on June 23, 2021, and to Phuket on July 1 by Varun Godinho June 3, 2021 Abu Dhabi’s Etihad Airways has said that it will resume direct commercial passenger services to Rabat in Morocco, and Phuket in Thailand. Services to Rabat will resume on June 23, 2021. Abu Dhabi officials recently added Morocco to the emirate’s green list from where incoming passengers do not need to quarantine upon arrival in the UAE capital. In a statement, the airline said that return fares from Abu Dhabi to Rabat and Phuket start from Dhs995 in Economy. It added that this fare is limited on a first-come first-served basisand began from June 2, 2021 and ends on June 4, 2021. Guests who book between June 5-9, 2021 can avail of return fares to Rabat starting from Dhs1,995 in Economy and Business fares from Dhs9,495. Visitors can travel Phuket in Business at fares from Dhs6,995. The sale fares are valid for travel until November 20, 2021. Last month, Etihad partnered with DUBZ powered by dnata to offer its passengers in Abu Dhabi the facility to check in their bags, pick their seat and collect their boarding pass and luggage tags, all from their home. Passengers can also book their Covid-19 PCR tests through the airline’s medical partner, LifeDx, as part of the home check-in package. A certified nurse from LifeDx will conduct the test and results will be received by email and SMS between 24 to 48 hours.
