Home UAE Dubai Accor Opens Fifth Novotel In UAE The 466-room property will target ‘new Dubai’ businesses as well as value-seeking business travelers. by Dominic Ellis November 7, 2013 Novotel Al Barsha opened its doors today, marking the mid-scale brand’s fifth UAE property. Owned by API Hotels and Resorts, the 466-unit property (376 rooms, 90 suites) four-star property overlooks Sheikh Zayed Road and is close to Mall of the Emirates. Alongside five restaurants and bars is a ‘Eureka’ meeting concept with multi-flexible rooms “designed to foster discussion and creative thinking”. The ‘In Balance’ fitness and spa contains seven massage rooms, a designated relaxation area, two saunas, two steam baths and an outdoor pool. Christophe Landais, Managing Director for Accor Middle East said, the brand – marking its 10th year in Dubai – resonates with consumers seeking value and consistency and complements the nearby ibis Al Barsha. An Adagio aparthotel will open in the same district early next year. Five additional Novotels are due to open in the region by the end of 2015. 0 Comments
