DIFCA oversees the management and administration of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), which has over 840 active registered companies. Al Ghurair is also the vice chairman of DIFC’s higher board of directors, which oversees all the three units under the centre including the DIFCA, the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) and the DIFC Courts.
