Arista Properties makes an inaugural entry into the UAE

The real estate sector stands as an instrumental force in the UAE economy, constituting nearly 5.5 per cent of the total GDP.

Dubai, recognised as the world’s fourth busiest ultra-prime property market last year reported a remarkable 40 per cent increase from to Dhs97.55bn in Q3 2023 compared to Dhs6.9bn in Q3 2022.

As Dubai cements its status as a regional hub for finance and business, it is drawing in more players and investors, to add to the city’s burgeoning real estate pipeline.

One of the latest entrants to the emirate’s built sector is Arista Properties. The company announced it is slated to make substantial investments in the next four years developing state-of-the-art properties in upcoming areas of the city.

Arista announces strategic tie-up
