Asus produced a light show cast on the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, on May 7 to preview The Pinnacle of Performance launch event, which was live-streamed on May 10, at 00:00 a.m. CST. The light show atop the Burj Khalifa reflected the event theme, highlighting the new technology developments in Asus Zenbook and Vivobook laptops and the brand’s leadership in OLED and creator notebooks.

At Asus, incredible experiences are born by putting people first, to enhance people’s lives everywhere, and the projection was an extension of the brand’s drive to deliver the incredible, a statement said.

At the show, the brand announced its leading market position in two new segments. The brand has been positioned on the top spot worldwide for OLED laptops and NVIDIA Studio creator laptops. These accomplishments highlight its commitment to putting people first by developing meaningful solutions based on empathy-based user insights. Asus is enabling the work of all types of creators and artists by providing high-performance laptops with specialised capabilities that ease creative workflows.

The show further showcased two solutions: the dual-screen Asus Zenbook Pro 14 Duo OLED (UX8402), the world’s first 14.5ʺ 2.8K 120 Hz OLED laptop; and the Zenbook Pro 16X OLED (UX7602), a creator powerhouse featuring the latest CPUs and GPUs. These two new laptops were presented alongside Zenbook and Vivobook laptops during The Pinnacle of Performance launch event.
