The Dhs342m ($93m) Fawad Azizi Residence comprises 201 studio apartments, 165 one-beds and 30 two-beds spread across a construction area of 565,503sqft. The developer said the project would include landscaped gardens, a gym, swimming pool, retail areas and covered parking with direct access to Al Khail road and Oud Metha road. “This location is one of the most promising in Dubai as it is widely known for its health and wellness facilities and access to Dubai’s lifestyle and entertainment hotspots, making it an excellent investment for buyers and investors,” said Azizi group chairman Mirwais Azizi. The company’s other projects in Dubai Healthcare City include the Dhs470m ($127m) Azizi Aliyah Residences with 346 apartments and the Farhad Azizi Residence with 634 apartments.
