The job site intends to grow its on-ground teams, and is hiring for many internal positions in technology, business development, communications, and customer care, among other areas, a statement said. In 2019, Bayt.com registered an average of 15,000 professionals every day of the year to reach a new record of more than 37.7 million resumes. Additionally, last year, Bayt.com’s technologies helped post more than 100,000 jobs, and conduct two million resume searches. In response to last year’s growth, Bayt.com is keen to grow its teams, and expand its artificial intelligence (AI) powered HR platforms – inclusive of Bayt recruitment solutions, Talentera, Vfairs, Evalufy, and Afterhire – to a global customer base. A few of the internal positions currently available at the job site entail technical account managers, business development officers, software/QA/front end engineers, talent acquisition specialists, customer success executives, and content creators, the statement said.
