Bloom, a leading real estate development company said the joint project – Bloom Arjaan by Rotana – is an “enticing investment opportunity with a guaranteed annual return on investment of up to eight percent over five years”. The project, located in Bloom’s Park View community on Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Island, will be managed by Rotana. The property offers a range of options, including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom hotel apartments, with sizes spanning from 44 square metres to 114 square metres. Bloom Arjaan by Rotana, located in the heart of Abu Dhabi’s cultural district will enjoy easy access to New York University Abu Dhabi, and other key locations on Saadiyat Island.
