The hotel is expected to meet the demands of Sharjah’s rapidly growing tourism sector. The Emirate had over 70 hotels with a hotel occupancy rate more than 70 per cent in the first quarter of 2014. “We are always looking for new investment opportunities, and Sharjah’s potential and economy made our decision to expand into the emirate easy” said Daousser Chennoufi, concept creator and partner of Hues Hotels and Resorts Dubai, chairman and key architect of the Draw Link Group, Dubai. “Naturally we faced some challenges to reach this point, as we had to convert an old office building into a boutique five star hotel – a completely new hospitality product not previously available in the emirate,” added Daousser. The new hotel consists of 72 distinctly designed rooms and overlooks the Khalid Lagoon and Buheirah Corniche. “We are very excited to have launched 72 By Hues and believe that its unique design and concept will be welcomed by locals and tourists alike” said Daousser. Hues Hotels and Resorts is also working on a project in Fujairah, scheduled to be completed by the end of this year, in addition to plans to construct another similar hotel in Sharjah in the near future. 0 Comments
