Passengers may select their preferred option (unlimited rebooking, 2-year travel fund, or refund), through the carrier’s website, up to 30 days from date of departure. Cebu Pacific permanently removed all change fees in March. Meanwhile, it will continue to operate all other domestic and international flights as scheduled.
