The minister said that the vaccine would arrive on a monthly basis in Kuwait for a period of a year, Kuwait News Agency reported. Meanwhile, the Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Anas Al-Saleh confirmed that Kuwait’s Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah will be the first to receive the vaccine shot, followed by those registering online in the vaccination campaign. The members of the Interior Ministry, Kuwait Fire Force (KFF) and related authorities would help facilitate the campaign’s success, Al-Saleh said. Kuwait earlier approved the use of the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine in the country and opened its vaccination registration portal.
