Home Covid-19 Covid-19: UAE reports 1,518 new cases, six deaths The new cases were detected after 280,747 additional Covid-19 tests were conducted over the past 24 hours by Aarti Nagraj July 11, 2021 The UAE reported 1,518 new Covid-19 cases on Sunday, taking the total number of infections recorded in the country to 650,220. The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) also announced six additional deaths due to the virus, with total number of fatalities reaching 1,866. MoHAP said that the new cases were detected after 280,747 additional Covid-19 tests were conducted over the past 24 hours. According to the ministry, the infected individuals are from various nationalities, are in a stable condition, and receiving the necessary care. An additional 1,490 individuals also fully recovered from the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 628,290. The ministry urged all members of the public to cooperate with health authorities, adhere to the instructions and maintain physical distancing.
