Covid-19 update: UAE reports 2,081 cases, 4 deaths
The nationwide case count has risen to 504,872
The UAE has reported a total of 2,081 cases on April 22.
The new cases were reported following 203,232 examinations conducted by the health authority to screen for the virus.
The health ministry also reported 1,842 recoveries and four fatalities in the last 24 hours.
A total of 504,872 infections have been reported across the country since the virus first broke out early last year. This also includes 486,920 patients who have since recovered and 1,565 people who have succumbed to it.
