Home Covid-19 Covid-19 update: UAE reports 2,128 cases, 4 deaths The nationwide death toll has increased to 1,481 by Zainab Mansoor March 28, 2021 The UAE’s Ministry of Health has confirmed 2,128 Covid-19 infections on March 28. The new infections were detected following 230,734 examinations conducted across the country to screen for the virus. As many as 2,243 patients recovered from the contagion in the last 24 hours, the health ministry confirmed. Meanwhile, a total of four deaths were also reported. A total of 455,197 patients across the UAE have contracted the virus since its outbreak last year, of whom 438,706 have now recovered.
