Home Covid-19 Covid-19 update: UAE reports 2,638 cases, 1,099 recoveries The nationwide case count has risen to 835,839 by Zainab Mansoor January 27, 2022 The UAE’s Ministry of Health and Prevention has reported 2,638 Covid-19 cases on January 27. The new infections were detected, after 528,426 tests were conducted across the country to screen for the virus. The health ministry also reported four deaths due to Covid-19 complications, spiking the related death toll to 2,232. Meanwhile, as many as 1,099 patients recovered from the infection, increasing the recovery count to 772,723. The nationwide case count has risen to 835,839.
