Home Industry Real Estate Danube launches $109m Dubai residential tower Handover of the firm’s first property is expected soon by Staff Writer November 8, 2016 Dubai property developer Danube has announced the launch of a Dhs400m ($108.8m) development located in the Arjan neighbourhood in Dubailand near Miracle Gardens. The residential tower, named Miraclz, features 591 fully furnished apartments ranging from studios to two-beds. Facilities include retail spaces, a swimming pool, health club, tennis court, badminton court and an amphitheatre. “We started out two years ago and have been promoting ‘stop renting and start owning’ mantra and have received phenomenal response. I am humbled by the trust our customers have shown in us till now, which has, in turn, motivated us to launch one succesful project after the other,” said Rizwan Sajan, founder and chairman of Danube Group. Danube said in May it planned to launch three to four projects a year with a strategy of providing more affordable housing in the emirate. The firm’s book value currently stands at Dhs1.5bn and 1.7 million square feet of projects under construction.
