The two previously signed a memorandum of understanding in September last year. “The new developments will provide convenient overnight, short-term and long-term hospitality options for business and leisure travellers to Dubai. We have chosen our locations based on convenient access to the major business and transport nodes, including malls, metro stations and offices,” said Deyaar CEO Saeed Al Qatami. Millennium & Copthorne’s president and CEO, Ali Hamad Lakhraim Alzaabi, said the deal would put the developer on track to reach its target of 100 hotels by 2020.
