The project, located in Liwa near the UAE’s southern border with Saudi Arabia, is planned to open in 2020. It features an oasis-like design with a spring at its heart surrounded by palm trees. Features include 84 interconnecting suites with outdoor terraces and facilities to recycle wastewater and manage waste on site. More than 14,500 square metres of solar panels will cover the resort’s roof. Project designer London-based Baharash Architecture said the spring would be filled by extracting ground water using a deep well. The company is also eyeing projects in Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, according to its website. 0 Comments
