Home Industry Hospitality Dubai mid-scale brand Rove opens marina hotel The hotel is Rove’s fifth in Dubai by Staff Writer April 8, 2018 Mid-scale hospitality brand Rove Hotels, a joint venture of Emaar Properties and Meraas, has announced the opening of its fifth hotel in Dubai. Rove Dubai Marina features 384 rooms, a 24-hour convenience store and laundromat facilities, an outdoor pool, sundecks, a gym, meeting facilities and spaces and an all-day dining restaurant. It will also offer brand’s the usual features for guests including free Wi-Fi, power showers, luggage storage rooms and late check-out at 2:00pm. Unique to the marina location are artworks celebrating the waterfront scenergy. “Dubai Marina is a popular getaway and residential destination in the city, defined by its waterfront location and its vibrant nightlife, restaurants and leisure choices,” said Emaar Hospitality CEO Olivier Harnisch. “With the opening of Rove Dubai Marina, we are bringing the Rove experience closer to more people in central hubs, and supporting the Dubai Tourism Vision to diversify the hospitality offering to suit the aspirations of the new generation of travellers.” The new opening brings Rove’s current Dubai hotel footprint to five locations with several others in the works. These include the recent announcement of a hotel and residences tower in the Mina Seyahi area on the edge of the marina under a management deal with Mada’in Properties.
