Dubai Miracle Garden announces opening date

Dubai Miracle Garden, the world’s largest natural flower garden, is set to reopen on November 1.

The 72,000 square metre spectacle will showcase over 50 million flowers of 120 varieties, a statement said.

In its eight edition, Dubai Miracle Garden has also launched a new 400-metre walking track where costume and floral parades, street performers, Zumba sessions, and other physical and recreational activities will be featured.

Other notable features include the ‘Aerial floating lady’, donning exotic flowers and a revamped amphitheatre modeled around a palace serving as an observatory, hosting shows and live entertainment.

Dubai Miracle Garden attempts to garner a fourth Guinness World record this year, details of which have not been released.

The Emirates A380 display earned a Guinness World record title in 2016 for showcasing ‘the world’s largest floral structure forming the shape of A380’.

The 18-metre Mickey Mouse’s floral structure also garnered a Guinness World Record for “Tallest Topiary Structure (supported)” in February 2018.

“Dubai Miracle Garden is a unique proposition that has carved a special place in the hearts of residents and tourists alike,” said Abdel Naser Rahhal, creator and co-founder of Dubai Miracle Garden and vice chairman of Cityland Group.

The garden will unveil “exceptional installations” this year, he added.

Dubai Miracle Garden is open from 9am to 9pm on weekdays and 9am to 11pm on weekends.

Regular cost of admissions will be at Dhs55 for adults, Dhs40 for children 12 years and below, and free entry for children below age three, and people of determination.
