Dubai Properties says first phase launch of Bellevue Towers sold out

Dubai Properties announced that the first phase launch of units within its recently unveiled two-tower project Bellevue Towers was sold out on the first day.

Customers queued up to buy the 100 units that were released for sale on Saturday, June 4, the developer said.

Located in Downtown Dubai, the project will offer a total of 300 residential units across 23 residential floors, ranging from one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments to three-bedroom penthouses and lofts.

Amenities include a gymnasium, a pool, a playground, lawn and a social terrace. The two main lobbies will be set on a common podium and will include retail stores on the ground floor.

Following the “strong demand” for the first phase, the company said the launch of the second phase of units has been brought forward and will begin immediately.

The project is scheduled for completion in 2019, DP said.

Executive director of Sales and Sales Operations Marwan Al Kindi said: “The popularity of Bellevue Towers clearly demonstrates that high quality, well-located developments that are attractively priced, prove to be a winning combination for buyers and investors.”

Bellevue Towers is close to the waterfront of Marasi Business Bay and offers direct views of Burj Khalifa.

Launched last month by DP, the Dhs 1bn Marasi Business Bay project will extend 12 kilometres across the Dubai Water Canal and offer a mix of residential, retail and leisure projects.

The development will feature around 150 to 200 water homes, 100 retail units including floating restaurants and cafes, five palm tree-lined marinas that will have 1,250 berthing spaces, 250,000 sqm of open space and 60,000sqm of park area.
