Total profit at the company totaled Dhs 280m from Dhs 270m in 2014 after deducting franchise, booking and distribution fees. The company’s revenue increased to Dhs 1.481bn from Dhs 1.311bn the year before. RTA chairman and director general Mattar Al Tayer said the company would continue to improve its services and deliver them via smart devices. “The drive will push efforts towards customer satisfaction besides living up to the regional and global profile of Dubai in business, economic, service, financial, real estate, and tourist sectors among others,” he said. The company carried out 47 million trips in 2015, an average of 129,000 a day, compared to 46 million in 2014. It also carried 94 million riders compared to 92 million the previous year, he said. 0 Comments
