Home UAE Dubai ‘Dubai Way’ street opens in Texas The street is part of a development being built by a unit of Dubai-based MAG Group by Staff Writer November 14, 2018 Officials from Dubai Land Department (DLD) have attended the inauguration of a street named ‘Dubai Way’ in the city of Frisco, Texas. The launch comes after DLD partnered with Aqari Global to open a real estate promotion office in New York earlier this week under plans to highlight investment opportunities in the emirate’s real estate market. DLD director general Sultan Butti bin Mejren said Dubai Way, which forms part of a development by a subsidiary of the UAE’s MAG Group, would help spread the emirate’s message of peace and cooperation. “We are eager to expand our partnerships with various institutions and companies to enhance our outstanding government performance and jointly raise the level of Dubai’s competitiveness,” he said. “Our presence today confirms the relations between DLD and real estate companies.” The street come under Investment Group Overseas’The Gate project, which features 17 buildings and seven villas spread across 40.95 acres between John Hickman Road and the Dallas North Tollway. Six buildings are dedicated to office space and seven to residential with 980 residential apartments, 54,500sqft of retail and a 90-room boutique hotel included in the design. Mejren, the UAE’s consul general in Houston Saeed Mubarak Al Muhairi, mayor of Frisco Jeff Cheney, IGO managing partner and CEO Anas Kozbari and other officials attended the inauguration ceremony. 0 Comments
