Dubai’s Careem announces 25 partners for rewards programme

Dubai-based Careem has listed 25 official partners for its rewards programme.

The first regional delivery and ride-hailing app to launch such an initiative, Careem’s partners include Emirates Skywards, Booking.com, Just Mop, and Reel Cinemas, among others.

Customers can earn points by taking rides, ordering food, shopping for essentials or getting anything delivered. Besides redeeming offers, customers can also donate to causes across the region.

Established in July 2012, Careem operates in over 100 cities across 13 countries.

Last month, the company announced that its employees across 36 offices in 14 countries can work from remote locations, effective immediately.

However, the office spaces will remain open for staff that would prefer an office environment.

Earlier this year, Careem launched its ‘super app’ to offer all its services on a single platform. The new app offers ride-hailing, food delivery as well as Careem Pay services to its users.
