Facilities will include restaurants, cafes, entertainment areas, gyms, spas and children’s play areas. Residents will also be able to use the hospitality services of the nearby Damac Maison de Ville Navitas. The wider Akoya Oxygen project is spread across 55-million-square-feet of land. It will feature an 19-hole golf course by Tigers Woods design and what is claimec to be the emirate’s first tropical rainforest, as well as healthy dining options, a fresh market, schools and nurseries. Damac announced last month it had awarded projects worth Dhs 3bn in the first half of the year. Read: Dubai’s Damac awards 25 contracts worth Dhs 3bn in Q1 2016 0 Comments
