Dubai’s D&B Properties launches new brand identity

Real estate agency D&B Properties has announced the company’s development and expansion into a multipurpose holding firm, launching a new brand identity along with logos to support this move.

The holding company comprises integrated divisions that together provide 360-degree real estate solutions and services to clients, namely: D&B Properties, Real Estate Asset Leaders (REAL), Real Estate Commercial Experts (RECE), Valuation and Advisory Services (VAS) and Be Our Guest Holiday Homes.

Chairman and founder, Husni Al Bayari, said: “D&B’s transformation from an exclusively brokerage agency in 2015 into a full-fledged, multipurpose real estate company in 2022 is one that has been in the works over the past months.”

The new divisions are headed by newly-appointed CEO Engineer Adham Younis, who has over a decade of experience in the field.

Younis said, “The growth of our divisions has allowed us to provide our clientele with specialised and concentrated services to every real estate requirement; a true one-stop shop.”

D&B Properties’ divisions

REAL, according to company, was created purely from the relationships D&B Properties has built with their clientele over the years. Al Bayari said, “We provide our clients an A to Z service list – from the systematic upkeep of their property and maximising revenue to analysing market trends and handling government proceedings. Our services include property, financial, lease and tenant, and facility management, allowing the investor to rest assured their property is under great care and yielding income.”

The second division, RECE – which has a team of specialised, RERA-licensed commercial agents – offers professional commercial sales and leasing services to local and international investors and  clients. This includes providing comprehensive real estate solutions, including exclusive full-floor and unit-based offices, plots, warehouses, industrial, hospitality, retail, full buildings, labour camps, hospitals, clinics, and joint ventures, built to suit projects and tailored investments consultancy across the UAE.

VAS is an integrated division performing comprehensive valuations of public or private real estate assets within the MENA region, and providing consulting solutions to increase the market value of their clients’ assets.  The VAS team assesses the feasibility of schemes, secures planning permissions, and creates partnerships with different specialists, depending on the nature and scope of the asset in question. VAS services accommodate a wide range of clients and investors, including taking on pro-bono and business advisory cases, and extends across the residential, commercial, hospitality and industrial/logistics sector – from single-unit apartments and tenanted-buildings and clusters, to master-planned development schemes and specialised zones.

Be Our Guest Holiday Homes is an officially licensed operator with the Department of Economic Development and the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). The holiday homes division serves homeowners and vacation-seekers, especially with short-term rentals to complement their part-time or contract-based job positions or longer vacation days, or for those seeking to try their luck in a new city. The division ensures an investor’s property is registered with DTCM, furnished, marketed, and maintained with precision. Guests are provided with concierge services from airport pick up to drop off among other services.
