Home Industry Transport Dubai’s Emirates enters miles partnership with Careem New deal will allow Careem users to accrue Skywards miles by Staff Writer November 10, 2016 Dubai airline Emirates has partnered with car booking app Careem to offer frequent flier mile accrual and redemption for users. The partnership will allow members of the Skywards programme to link their account to the Careem app and earn miles. Members that pre-book or request a car will earn one mile for every $2 spent with Careem, which is available across nine countries in the Middle East and North Africa region. Miles can also be redeemed for Careem credit on the Emirates website and users can do so with blocks of $25 equivalent to 4,500 Skywards miles. The Skywards programme now totals 16 million members after starting 16 years ago.
