Dubai carrier Emirates has relaunched its signature My Emirates Pass, transforming its boarding pass into a membership card, enabling customers to avail discounts and benefits across over 500 retail outlets and leisure destinations in the UAE.

All Emirates passengers flying to and through Dubai from January 1 until March 31, 2020, can take advantage and experience the country’s attractions including waterparks, wellness centres, and retail shopping malls, a statement said.

Customers can present their Emirates boarding pass and a valid form of identification at any of the participating outlets. The facility allows up to 30 per cent off on retail outlets and international fashion brands, and up to 50 per cent off on fine dining options.

Emirates passengers can also avail up to 50 per cent off on leisure activities with their Emirates pass as well as up to 50 per cent off on spa services in world-class hotels. The full list of offers can be found here.

Mohammad Al Hashimi, Emirates’ vice president, commercial products, Dubai, said: “We are delighted to bring back My Emirates Pass this winter season. Customers visiting or stopping over in Dubai will have more reasons to explore with unbeatable deals on some of the UAE’s best attractions.”

Emirates has undertaken many initiatives in the recent past to underpin its commitment to offer passengers exceptional service and to promote Dubai as a global hub. In November 2019, Emirates launched the ‘Airport maps’ navigation feature to guide its passengers through all touch points at the airport, covering Dubai International Airport’s Terminal 3 and key airports within the Emirates network – London Heathrow, Gatwick airport and Hong Kong International airport.
