This move is in line with the ruling of Dubai’s Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management, which has allowed businesses in Dubai to gradually reopen, starting today, May 27. Fogging machines are being used to disinfect large areas while the staff is cleaning and sanitising surfaces after every guest interaction, with added focus on high touch points such as counters, POS and payment terminals. Safe distance is maintained throughout the guest journey with the installation of instructional signage and the deployment of safety ambassadors to guide guests on best physical distancing practices. Meanwhile, the capacity at all venues has been reduced including public areas such as restrooms and elevators. All guests to any MAF entertainment venues will need to wear masks, while operating hours have been aligned to mall opening hours. We look forward to welcoming our valued guests back and creating great moments together again.” Guests are advised to book their tickets in advance on the website or app. To further minimise physical contact and exposure, contactless payment options are available in all businesses. Employees are mandated to wear masks and gloves, while temperature checks on all team members are made on arrival for shifts. Food is served at VOX Cinemas and Leisure and Entertainment venues under highest levels of safety whereby employees are to follow strict safety protocols which include sanitising of workstations and counter tops every hour and washing their hands at least every 20 minutes and before handling food.
