Home Industry Real Estate Dubai’s MAG Group plans two JVC projects worth $81.6m Combined the towers will have 367 units by Staff Writer June 3, 2018 Dubai-based Moafaq Al Gaddah (MAG) Group’s development arm has announced plans to launch two new projects in Jumeirah Village Circle worth Dhs300m ($81.6m). The 280,012sqft MAG 614 is a 20-floor residential tower with 223 units. It will feature 90 studios, 101 one-beds and 42 two-beds, as well as 261 parking spaces, a swimming pool gym and health club. MAG has appointed architectural and engineering consultancy Engineer Adnan Saffarini Office for the project. The 251,475sqft MAG 612 will include 144, with 100 one-beds, 44 two-beds and 182 parking spaces, as well as a gym and pool. Al Gurg Consultants will provide property solutions for the development. “Jumeirah Village Circle ticks all of these boxes as it is an established, landscaped community in the heart of Dubai with direct access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road Hessa Street and Al Khail Road,” said MAG Lifestyle Devleopment CEO Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah. “Based on our in-depth, customer-centric research, we know that Jumeirah Village Circle is a community to watch and we are confident that we will be adding significant value to the area with MAG 614 and MAG 612. No completion date was given for either tower. MAG Group’s other projects include residential towers in Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Lakes Towers, as well as Emirates Financial Towers in Dubai International Financial Centre. 0 Comments
