Dubai’s Meraas launches Nikki Beach Residences for sale

Dubai developer Meraas announced that it has launched the sales of Nikki Beach Residences, which includes 63 upscale units in Jumeirah 1.

The project represents the first freehold property in the area, the developer said in a statement.

Nikki Beach Residences are part of the 52,000 sqm master development Nikki Beach Resort and Spa Dubai on the Pearl Jumeira Island.

The residences include apartments – ranging from one to three bedroom units; six townhouses; and a four-bedroom penthouse.

Residents will have direct access to a 400-metre private beach, a gym, the Nikki Spa, and F&B options including – the Nikki Beach Dubai Restaurant and Beach Club, Nikki Privé – an exclusive lounge, Café Nikki – an all-day urban bistro and Key West – a bar and grill.

Construction work on the project is almost completed and a show apartment is now available for viewing, Meraas said.

The company confirmed that handover will begin in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The recently opened Nikki Beach Resort and Spa Dubai at Pearl Jumeira Island is the 13th permanent Nikki Beach location and fourth resort to open worldwide.

The property features the largest beach club and hotel under the Nikki Beach brand.

The resort consists of 117 rooms and suites in the main hotel building and 15 private villas.
