Dulsco will implement Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning, Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain and Manufacturing, Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management, and Oracle Fusion Cloud Customer Experience. With Oracle Fusion Applications for finance, supply chain, HR and customer service, the company will be able to standardise business processes on a single platform to enable its teams to unlock new efficiencies. Meanwhile, to manage its over 2500 customer portfolio across more than 70 service categories, Dulsco Group employs more than 14,000 people nationwide. As the company grew and diversified rapidly in the last few years, it needed to reevaluate how it manages its core business processes so it can improve the customer experience and scale services to meet growing demand. After evaluation, it decided to upgrade its IT systems by selecting Oracle Fusion Applications. A signing ceremony was held at Dulsco headquarters and attended by the group’s representatives Martin Bradley, CFO, Vijay Jain, head of IT and Tiago Costa, CEO of Parisima Talent, together with Oracle’s Rahul Misra, Vice President – Business Applications, Gulf and South Africa, Simon Al Khaled, senior director – Lower Gulf, and Abbas Mantri- account director. “In a rapidly changing market, we needed more adaptability and resilience while continuing to be innovative and reliable for our customers.
