The first day of Shawwal could fall on Thursday, August 8 or Friday, August 9, depending on whether Ramadan runs for 29 or 30 days. The exact dates will be announced after the sighting of the moon. Earlier this week, the UAE announced that government offices in the country will remain closed from Wednesday, August 7, for the Eid Al Fitr break. Depending on the beginning of Shawwal, they will reopen either on Sunday, August 11, or on Monday, August 12, said the Federal Authority of Human Resources. 0 Comments
