Spread across 55 storeys, Downtown Views will have 418 residences and will feature one, two and three-bedroom apartments as well as a collection of duplexes. The apartments in Emaar’s latest project will offer views of Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa, the developer said in a statement. The residential tower will also be directly linked to the travellator leading to the mall from the metro station. “One of the key residential property launches this year, Downtown Views offers exceptional value across all aspects,” said Ahmad Al Matrooshi, managing director of Emaar Properties. “Its biggest attraction is the location, directly linked to The Dubai Mall’s ongoing expansion, enabling residents to enjoy the unparalleled range of lifestyle, retail and leisure amenities offered at the world’s most-visited mall. The sales for the project will be held on April 4, 2015, at three locations – Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha – simultaneously from 10am UAE time. Emaar, Dubai’s biggest developer, has actively launched new projects over the last year as it looks to tap into the emirate’s recovered property sector. It has launched residential developments, including BLVD Crescent in Downtown Dubai, Mulberry at Park Heights in Dubai Hills Estate and various villa communities in Arabian Ranches. The listed developer also reported a 14 per cent growth in profit in the fourth quarter of 2014, driven to a large extent by its shopping malls, retail and hospitality businesses. 0 Comments
