Designed as an extension of the Old Town neighbourhood, the tower will offer views of the world’s tallest building – Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain, a statement said. It will also be located within walking distance of the Dubai Mall and Dubai Opera. Further details about the project – including the size and the number of units – were not disclosed. “The prices of premium apartments in Downtown Dubai are extremely competitive compared to similar developments in global cities, making Burj Royale a great investment opportunity for international investors too,” the statement said without offering any figures. Burj Royale residences will be launched for sale on November 5.
