The community will also have jogging trails, cycling paths, fitness stations and shaded areas with seats. Villas in Maple range from 2,200 to 2,700 sq ft and potential investors can choose from different floor plans and layouts, Emaar said. Dubai Hills Estate, a joint venture between Emaar and Meraas Holding, was singled out as one of the company’s key projects by Emaar chairman Mohammed Alabbar at the annual general meeting. Despite a softening in the real estate market, Dubai’s biggest listed property developer has launched new residential projects to tap into demand from end-user homeowners. The company recently launched Downtown Views, an apartment complex in Downtown Dubai that will be connected to its flagship retail development The Dubai Mall. Emaar, which is part owned by state fund Investment Corporation Of Dubai, is also aiming to net a profit of Dhs1 billion this year from its various business divisions. 0 Comments
